Home customers must return their items within 90 days of purchase, and parish or resale customers must return their items within 6 months of purchase.
Personalized items are guaranteed to be imprinted exactly as ordered. It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check all names, dates, and spelling before submitting an order requiring personalization. Personalized items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless damaged or imprinted incorrectly upon delivery.
If you wish to return a non-personalized item, simply contact us via the chat on the homepage of our website or email us at CustomerService@GoodandTrueMedia.com initiate the refund process. Our customer service team will assist you with returning your item and placing a new order. If the item is in re-saleable condition, we will issue a refund. Be sure to include a copy of the packing slip and/or the invoice for proper and timely credit.

If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of the returned item will be your responsibility. Once we receive the item in re-saleable condition, we will begin processing the refund for your original purchase.
