Job Description:

Good & True Media is seeking a highly organized, mission-aligned Project Coordinator to oversee custom publishing projects from onboarding through final delivery. This role is the central coordinator for each client project—ensuring smooth handoffs between editorial, design, production, and distribution. You'll work closely with authors and organizations, managing timelines, communicating progress, and collaborating with our internal team and external contractors (editors, proofreaders, typesetters, designers, illustrators, printers, etc.) to bring each project to life.

You are the conductor who keeps every phase on track and the air traffic controller ensuring clear communication across all parties. The ideal candidate combines strategic project planning, clear and proactive communication, and a genuine love of helping clients succeed.

Responsibilities include:

• Onboard and guide clients through the entire publishing process

• Create and manage project timelines, deliverables, and approvals

• Coordinate with internal team and freelance contractors

• Maintain clear communication with clients at each milestone

• Ensure quality and timeliness across all formats: print, eBook, audiobook, etc.

• Facilitate final production, inventory orders, and fulfillment setup

• Experience in publishing, editorial, design, Adobe Creative Suite, or AI-powered productivity tools is a strong plus.
